 We Are Proud to Be an Approved Step Up For Students Provider

Families in Winter Park, Winter Springs, Oviedo, Geneva, and surrounding Orange and Seminole  County communities now have more access to high-quality martial arts training. Armada Jiu Jitsu is officially an Approved Step Up For Students Provider, which means you can use your Step Up scholarship funds toward your child’s martial arts membership.

This program makes it possible for families to choose the best educational and developmental opportunities for their children — and we are proud to be part of that choice.

Homeschool students may participate in:

Little Ninjas (Ages 4-6yrs)

Big Kids (Ages 7-12yrs)

Teen’s (Ages 13-18)

Class Schedule:

Little Ninjas & Big Kids Classes:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays – 5:45pm
Saturdays – 11:00am

 

Teen’s Classes:
Fundamentals & Drilling
Monday-Friday – 12:00pm & 6:30pm

 

  • Log in to your Step Up For Students account at:https://www.stepupforstudents.org/
  • Go to the Marketplace section.
  • In the search bar, type Armada Jiu Jitsu.
  • Select the class type, summer camp or uniforms you would like to reserve funds for.
  • Add your selections to the basket and click “Reserve Funds.”

Once the funds are reserved, we will handle everything else on the backend and confirm your child’s enrollment.

If your child receives funding through Step Up For Students (including Florida Tax Credit Scholarship, Family Empowerment Scholarship, FES-UA, Unique Abilities Scholarship, or related programs), you may be able to apply those funds toward:

  • Monthly membership
  • Private Training fees
  • Approved educational enrichment programs including competition training

Click marketplace > find providers > select student’s name > search for provider: Armada Jiu Jitsu.
Then you will be able to select if you would like to pay monthly or annually.

For your child’s initial trial classes, they should wear tshirt and gym shorts or leggings.

Once your child has enrolled in the program, the uniform pack will have gi, belt, rashguard and shorts.

Please make sure your child’s nails are clipped, feet washed, and they are wearing deodarant (if applicable).
